Lyell Immunopharma completed technology transfer of its LYL273 CAR T-cell candidate to its LyFE Manufacturing Center in Bothell, Washington, following FDA review. The transfer implements an improved manufacturing process and updated analytical methods. Additional clinical data from the Phase 1/2 trial in metastatic colorectal cancer and the End-of-Phase 1 FDA meeting, originally expected sooner, are now pushed to 2027.
