On August 3, 2026, ADMA Biologics amended Paul Terence Kohler Jr.'s employment agreement, effective August 1, 2026. The amendment adds a $10,000/month temporary housing stipend (net of taxes) for up to 18 months in Boca Raton, Florida, with a one-time $150,000 relocation payment (net of taxes) if he relocates full-time; if he voluntarily terminates or is fired for Cause within 18 months of the relocation payment, he must repay it.
